This modern lifestyle resort belongs to the Mauritian hotel group "Sun Resorts", like the two 4 and 5 star hotels La Pirogue and Sugar Beach. The Long Beach owes its name to the longest sandy beach on the east coast of the island of Mauritius.

SUITES & FAMILY SUITES
Amenities in all suites at Long Beach Golf & Spa Resort include: Flat-screen satellite TV, WLAN Internet access (free of charge), iPod docking station, radio, minisafe, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, and tea and coffee making facilities.

At 60 to 65 square meters, 224 very large Junior Suites hardly differ in their amenities, but they do in their location. Junior Suites are in the garden, others near the pool (Junior Suite Pool Access) or slightly elevated with sea views. Other suites have beach access (Junior Suite Beach-Access) or are located directly on the beach (Junior Suite Ocean Front).

29 Family Suites (about 85 sq. ft.) have a second bedroom for children, and two 135-square-foot Long Beach Executive Suites (2 bedrooms) have immediate beach access from the large terrace.

FOOD & DRINK
Five restaurants, some located on the central piazza and some directly on the beach, treat guests to creative delicacies from a variety of countries. "Le Marché" is the main restaurant with seven open kitchens featuring changing themes. "Sapori" offers Italian cuisine. In the Japanese restaurant "Hasu" lovers of sushi, sashimi & Co get their money's worth. "Chopsticks" has modern Chinese cuisine on the menu, and "Tides" serves freshly caught fish with regional specialties. The adjoining "Tides Pool & Beach Bar" and the "Shores" bar invite guests to enjoy cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere.

All Inclusive: The additionally bookable "All Inclusive" package is valid from 10 am until 2 am. Included are selected wines, beer, soft drinks, juices, water, tea and coffee as well as selected cocktails and prosecco. In the minibar, beer, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee, chips and chocolate are free. All non-motorized water sports and organized land activities are complimentary. SPA, SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT
The center of hotel activity is a piazza with restaurants and a slightly elevated, modern bar and two boutiques. The tropical garden is also a highlight, with 500,000 plants from many endemic species. Adapted from the hotel's style, the spa menu features a concept that promotes healthy lifestyles. 12 treatment rooms, including an open spa pavilion overlooking the lagoon, are harmoniously embedded in the hotel grounds. A heated, 1,400-square-foot pool and a smaller pool offer plenty of lounging space on the surrounding terraces. The air-conditioned fitness room is equipped with a variety of cardio equipment and also features Powerplate. Yoga, stretching, and aerobics are offered daily. Also available are tennis courts, volleyball, table tennis, archery, a climbing wall, kayaks, laser boats, and windsurfers. Diving, deep sea fishing, motorized water sports, catamaran excursions or parasailing are available for a fee. For the "little ones" caretakers in "The Sun Kids Club" with many age-appropriate activities.

Guests can play on the two golf courses Ile aux Cerfs and Anahita on the east coast, which are about 15 minutes away, and the 18-hole golf course of the Tamarina Golf Club on the west coast at a reduced green fee of €27.
